Face detection works best in well-lit environments. Try improving the lighting or moving closer to the camera. If your face goes out of frame briefly, ShyCam keeps the last mask position for about 2 seconds.
No. The teleprompter overlay is only visible on your screen during recording. It is never included in the exported video.
Upgrade to ShyCam Pro to export videos without watermark and in 4K resolution. You can subscribe from the Settings tab or when prompted during export.
Open iPhone Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > ShyCam Pro > Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Go to Settings tab > Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
